How far do you travel?
Free delivery is included within 25 miles of Portsmouth. Further? No problem — just drop us a message for a custom quote.
What kind of events is BoothBox suitable for?

Do you provide prints?
We’re 100% digital — which means no messy prints or wasted paper. Every photo is saved and delivered in a downloadable online gallery after your event. It’s quicker, greener, and more shareable.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before your booth start time to get everything set up and tested.
What’s your deposit/cancellation policy?
£50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Balance due 7 days before.
How do we get the photos after the event?
You’ll receive a private gallery link within 24 hours of your event with all your BoothBox photos, ready to download or share.
What do you need from us on the day?
Just a standard plug socket and around 2m x 2m of floor space. We'll handle the rest — delivery, setup, and collection.
Do you provide props or backdrops?
We include a fun box of props with every booking — think sunglasses, signs, and party favourites. As an open-air booth, we don’t use backdrops. We’ve found the best photos come from real event surroundings, not cheesy fabric backdrops. It keeps the setup sleek and the vibe more natural.
